We will be happy to exchange your item for a different size or colour only.
You must return the item to be exchanged within 7 days of receipt, and you will be required to pay the return shipping charges.
If we cannot provide the item in another size or colour we will issue you a store credit.
If an exchange is issued, you will be charged a flat rate of 10€ (or the equivalent) for the shipping of the new item.
No exchanges on sale items.
You may return your item for a store credit if it is faulty; damaged; or, if the incorrect item is shipped, or if we cannot provide the correct item.
Returns on full-price items will be accepted within 7 days of receipt for orders within Europe only, and you will be required to pay the return shipping charges.
Returned items must not have been worn, altered, washed or missing original tags. All swimwear, jewellery, and bodysuits are final sale.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We have the right to reject a return if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards.
Gift vouchers cannot be returned.
No returns on sale items.
Unfortunately at this stage, returns are not available for international orders.
Returning Your Item to MERTOTSAMO
Simply email us at email@example.com with the Order# and the Items you wish to return, and state the reason for returning the item.
Securely pack and seal the items in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the address below:
NOTE: We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
All SALE items are FINAL SALE. Return or exchange requests on sale items will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
